The Spark 2 uses the Soldano SLO 100 high-gain model boosted by an internal TS-style drive to replicate Jerry Cantrell's Bogner Fish preamp bite. Your ESP LTD EX-200 humbuckers provide ample output, so mids are pushed to 8 and treble to 7 to match the cutting upper-mid punch of Cantrell's Duncan JB pickup. Bass is kept at 6 to prevent the small speaker cab simulation from flubbing on heavy palm mutes.

PRO TIPPark the onboard wah pedal slightly past half-stroke (cocked wah) during verse riffs to mimic the nasal, throaty formant resonance of the talkbox before opening it up on the chorus.
