Your Jackson JS22 ceramic bridge humbucker has plenty of output to hit the preamp hard, but roll the amp bass back slightly so the small speaker does not fart out on the low-tuned chugs.

PRO TIPTune down 1/2 step to Eb standard (Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb) and dig hard into the heavy power-chord transitions on the bridge pickup to emulate Cantrell's aggressive pick attack.
