Why these settings

The MG15 Overdrive channel is your closest match to a cranked JTM/JMP. Gain at 6 hits the sweet spot - higher gets fizzy on solid-state. Mid pushed to 7 compensates for the MG's slightly scooped voicing vs the naturally mid-forward vintage Marshalls Angus uses. Bass pulled to 4 keeps it tight like the original; the MG can get flubby if you push low-end. The MG15 has no presence or reverb controls.

PRO TIPDig in hard with the pick right at the bridge - AC/DC's attack comes from aggressive downstrokes with the pick angled slightly, not from extra gain. Back off your volume knob to 7-8 for the cleaner verse sections, then slam it back to 10 for the chorus crunch.
